  1. B) didn't know exactly what weight to do for this one and what reps to count so I just hit a bunch of triples, I guess the last 3 count as my working sets. 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 235(3 rep PR), 245 (#3rep PR)
    C) 19, 17, 18. (I think I should o scored better on the first set, once I stopped repping them out it was hard to string them together, I got better as I went but was more tired.
    then 4 sets of 40lb dumb bell bent over rows of 10 straight grip ten sideways grip. maybe one day ill be able to squat clean as much as my power clean.
    skipped the workout cuz my shoulder would not of been happy with the rope climbs and HSPUs
    did the pause powerlifting style bench press to hit a heavy single
