  1. A. Fun! Off a bench got up to 30" box with a 45& a 10 plate
    B. Missed the squats last week so got fried today following increased % @ 170, 200, 225 then 240 (only hit 4 reps) and did the 20reps @ 145
    C. 7:33
    D. Worked on bar muscle ups instead

  2. A) That was fun, and I found out that Marco has frog DNA
    B) 205, 245, 267, 287 but only got 4 reps, 170 for 20 reps
    C) Completed with 275lb deadlift, no idea on time
