  1. warm up complete. actually was able to cycle from the C2B right into the MU. the speal bar is amazing.
    part A 1 full round and 27 reps (2 C2B)
    part B 5 snatches at 160 (definitely should of gone heavier on this, all power snatches but coach john failed 185 right before I did the workout and it scared me into going lighter, prob try 175 next time maybe)
    part C total workout done at 25 57. the OHS murderized me.
