  5. b)no squats today sore back.
    c)7 50 (did step downs from the box every time cuz I thought 90 springy box jumps might hurt my back and I also thought I could go harder and catch other people on the other parts, did the T2B unbroken and still wasn't even close to everyone else.
    d)6 48(this was very unpleasant)
