We will be starting a new cycle next week Monday. More info of what to expect will be posted in a few days. 

40 min
Alternating EMOM
Choose 3 different body weight movements 
choose reps that should take no longer than 20 seconds in length. 
The focus of each movement is speed , technique and control

    Movements:
    1) 10-12 x pull-ups
    2) 3-5 x muscle ups
    3) 10-12 x Hand Release push-ups
    Should of implemented an air squat only to allow for a lower body movement, but wanted to test out how long I could go with blasting my upper body. Around 32nd minute, hand felt like I was going to rip, so I switched out the muscle up, and replaced with 10 x HSPU...
