    B) went for a nice bike ride instead..(don't underestimate the quad burn)

  2. A. Worked up to 175 for a new PR, so I'm pumped about that..failed 180!twice and bailed
    B. Went for a run with my dog..might try to do the wod tomorrow in the beach if my blood blister pops

    B) Did Cindy + 400m run, 30min AMRAP. Missed 10 rounds by 200m!
