A) 205, 225, 245, 255, 275 (PR! Went up like butter..wanted to put more on but settled for this number) B) went for a nice bike ride instead..(don't underestimate the quad burn)
A. Worked up to 175 for a new PR, so I'm pumped about that..failed 180!twice and bailed B. Went for a run with my dog..might try to do the wod tomorrow in the beach if my blood blister pops

A) 95, 135, 185, 205, 225, 255, 275, 300 (fail) clean and jerked all
