    B. 21:44, went unbroken in the thrusters and focused on efficiency in my climbs (as most used 3 pulls to the top)
    C. Worked up to 65#
    D. Didn't do coz I had to book it to work

    B) 19:15, was lazy on my first two sets of thrusters. Climbs were consistent.

    B) 18:46..started off a bit slow didn't know what to expect but my forearms still fell off

  4. A) worked up to 135lbs. But had to redo it t get the whole complex
    B) 17:52 to te 2nd pink mark on rope
    But did the thrusters rx
    C) did a full set up to 60lbs. 65lbs I failed my last 2
    D) set 1-10 Set 2-8 set 3-10

    B) 25:10 no tears shed! PR!
    C) 7-6-1 --- first two sets with one ab mat. Lat one flat.
