50 overhead squats (135 / 95 lb.)
100 GHD sit-ups
150 double-unders
50 sumo deadlift high pulls (135 / 95 lb.)
100 box jump overs (24 / 18 in.)

  2. A) 1rm FS: 345 (10lb pr), 355(f) but was so damn close..soon for sure.
    B) 310lb
    C) forgot my Nanos..so used my friends who were way too big for me lol managed a 6:30mile which I was proud of until OHS...switched back to lifters cuz friend left..got to SDHP at 22:30 mark and my right calve was way too sore to even continue :/ morale: don't forget your damn shoes

    41:08, and I had to "GHD share" so I did 40 outside with my legs locked into the tire- creativity at its best!
