    115 was not low enough, lowered the weight so I could get low.

    Just realized I missed a set.

    C) done 31:45
    T2B and pulls were unbroken, then did c2bs. Th first round was 5 then they were broken up into 3 and 2.

    Ran out of time for accessory work. Need to be faster on my lifts. Took me 50 mins to do the over heads due to mobility.

    B. I'm working off 150 because I don't think 190 from a year ago is do-able for me...75/90/105/130/130/130/95
    C. I only did 3 rounds (I'm cherry picking based on hand and shoulder issues, sorry!)
