215/225/235/245/255/275 .. hit 1 @ 285 then failed second clean below the knee. Made small jumps, back has been sore.
C) Clean Pull 5x3 done at 365.

Back blew up on third round and could only do sets of 2.

b)did the cleans at 205, after the first set I started dropping the bar after the 2 hang cleans. (just felt really beat up and I wanted to get the work in at that weight)
