    B) Clean 5x2 below knee hang clean+ 1 full clean
    215/225/235/245/255/275 .. hit 1 @ 285 then failed second clean below the knee. Made small jumps, back has been sore.

    C) Clean Pull 5x3 done at 365.

    D) WOD, 3 rounds plus 1 deadlift + 11 muscle ups.
    Back blew up on third round and could only do sets of 2.

  7. b)did the cleans at 205, after the first set I started dropping the bar after the 2 hang cleans. (just felt really beat up and I wanted to get the work in at that weight)
    c)clean pull at 225 for the first couple sets then 245 and did one at 275.
    d)2 rounds and 3 pistols+9MUs(again just really felt sore and slow from Monday and Tuesday plus my pistols need work)

    Worked up to and was successful at 165. Did the 2 hangs at 175 but couldn't finish the set.

    C) Clean Pull 5x3 10-20% above 1RM
    Completed at 195.

    D) WOD
    5 min amrap
    10 Deadlift 275/195lbs
    20 Pistols
    Then
    rest 1 minute
    1minute AMRAP Muscleups
    Finished 2 rounds plus 5 deadlifts.
    0 muscle ups completed in the minute.
    Stuck around until I could finish a few muscle ups. It took about 5 minutes to get though.
