  2. Completed BOTB Open wod to start the day. 193 + 9 muscle ups.

    Back squat: Complete...235/275/295/310

    Jerk: 210 5x5..jerk felt a bit slow after the BOTB wod

    Row: 1:45/1:46/1:48/1:48/1:47/1:45/1:43/1:39

    My best times were towards the end, no excuses, didnt push myself hard enough on the first few sets.

    Jerk: didnt jerk because i has clean and jerking before hand.. hit 275 though #yay
