    B. 8 x 160, 8 x 175, 6 x 195, 6 x 210
    (Not as bad as I expected)

    C. 24:23 and sub'd muscle ups for strict pulls ups and strict ring dips

    C) Tore calus off my hand on last round of MU, around 24 minute mark.

  3. A) warm up- strict HSPU on one ab mat. Dubs complete (got my VERY OWN ROPE!) no pistols-- my legs were pretty pissed at me)

    B) back squat: 8 x 150 / 8 x 165 / 6 x 185 / 6 x 200!!!!!!! -- must be the new knee sleeves

    C) worked muscle ups and muscle up swings before WOD. Successful at 3 of them before shoulder started screaming again. Did the WOD with c2bs finished in 14:46.

  5. a. Warm up complete with strict press instead of strict HSPU

    b. going to squat tomorrow when I'm better energized

    c. WOD with strict pullups and starting again with banded dips. Didn't even feel too gassy, but my forearms were on fire - 19:19.
