B) back squat: 8 x 150 / 8 x 165 / 6 x 185 / 6 x 200!!!!!!! -- must be the new knee sleeves
C) worked muscle ups and muscle up swings before WOD. Successful at 3 of them before shoulder started screaming again. Did the WOD with c2bs finished in 14:46.
b) backsquat 8x 200 8x 215 6x 245 6x 260 c) total time 21 30( I think that's what it was, I tore my hand really early and I didn't really push myself that hard because my hand hurt and I am a wimp.)

c. WOD with strict pullups and starting again with banded dips. Didn't even feel too gassy, but my forearms were on fire - 19:19.
