    After did some heavy snatching, got up to 235lbs

  3. A. Snatch @ 110, 117, 125, 132, 125..
    Felt surprisingly fluid despite the fact that I've been missing most of the snatch lifting days

    B. 26:27 and that was WITHOUT completing all HSPUs, as I did 5 and failed too any times. Neck took a beating so called it quits and went to dubs :(
