ReplyDeleteB) attempts were : 175 - success, 190 - SUCCESS (5lb PR!), 195 - failure.
C) kind of complete. the 3 rounds at 170, I only successfully did 1. I attempted 2 a minute but had some uglies.
Didn't do D as CFPickering programmed a birthday WOD for me today so I had to do that so I wouldn't get cyber bullied.

C. I screwed up this one and ended up doing the last rounds at 140
D. Did double the snatches as burpees facing bar (I.e. 1 snatch 2 burpees, 2 snatch 4 burpees, etc ) and got to 8+10 burpees.
