C) 10 min Emom 
Alternating 
Odd 3 thrusters 165/115lbs
Even 2 power snatches 165/115lbs

D) 3 rounds 
10 kipping handstand push-ups 
10 chest to bar pull-ups 
10 wallballs 30/20lbs 
Rest 2 mins between sets
