Woodbridge night crew. This is all of your stuff from last night. Not to mention all the boxes used during the wod were left out. To be able to do extra programming during class time is a privilege. The least you can do is put your stuff away. Please and thanks. 

A) 10 Minutes Find a 5RM Push Press 
B) at the 10min mark for 10min Find a 5RM Jerk Max

C) 10min EMOM 
5 Musclups 2 Box Jump 40"/32"
Not alternating. 

D) 4 Rounds 
15 SOH 135/95 
20 Wall Balls 30/20lbs

  1. A) Worked up to 5 @ 165 lbs

    B) Stayed at 5 @ 165 lbs and focused on dropping lower into the jerk

    C) started off well, ended up doing about 3 MU per round at the end

    D) Shoulder still bothering me, did airdyne 20 on 40 off for 10 minutes instead. 110 calories.

    B. Failed 145 on the 5th rep
    C. Strict pull ups instead

    5rm jerk- 100lbs
    B) did jumping MU instead bc rig was full tonight.
    only did 2 complete minutes
    C) 75lbs S2OH, 14lbs wall balls - 12:18`

    B)5 rep jerk 205 (I was so crushed from the presses that I just couldn't do anything for the jerks, all I had to just get 205 after a couple failed attempts)

    D)9:04 not my best effort.

    B) 5x235 (sore elbow from push press)
    C) Completed minutes 1,2,3,4,6,8,10. Skipped minutes 5,7,9am
    D) Skip due to sore elbow.
