A) hard. missed a couple reps. sarry. B) 2 rm 210! PR! C) done at 190 D) 4 rounds flat. E) bad day for muscle ups. so those were incomplete. but still did the 15 minutes with attempts at the muscle ups.
A) Completed B) 2Rep max 305lbs, went 315 only got 1 and failed the second rep C) Hip was bothering me so only did one set at 285 D) 4 rounds +12 thrusters by doing step downs cuz of my hip E) Completed
A)mostly complete, I might of not made contact with a few of the reps and I didn't do another one because I thought this would be more cardio then it was, ill do better next time B)2 rep front squat 275 (2 rep PR) also that is my 1 rep so that's good I think C)3x2 at 250 both B and C done with a belt D) 4 rounds plus 24 reps (note to future kiddie break up the toes to bar before you have too!!!, you don't have ab muscles) E) skipped
